Our Yoga I classes welcome folks new to yoga as they begin their exploration. Through the practice of yoga postures, students gain physical strength and flexibility while improving mental focus . Through work with the breath and simple guided relaxation exercises, students increase their energy and learn to better manage energy reserves. Yoga I classes at heartwood focus on helping students develop the personal skills they'll need to support long-term health and wellbeing.
These classes are a great place to begin a practice or begin again after some time off. And for some, Yoga I classes at heartwood offer the perfect mix of practice elements for the long-term, as well.
