For students who become comfortable with the practices in Yoga I and want to explore the capacity of their body, breath and mind further, Yoga II offers an opportunity to develop new skills. Yoga II encompasses a wide range of postures, breath work, and meditation practices, selected by the instructor to accommodate the goals and abilities of each group. Some classes may emphasize physical skill, others the more subtle aspects of relaxation and meditation. Each class offers an opportunity to be led in a guided meditation. These classes are intended for experienced students.
