intersection of Columbiana Road and Highway 31 in
Hoover/Vestavia: go
north on Columbiana to the 1st traffic light, turn
left onto Tyler Road. At
the first traffic light on Tyler Road turn right into Century Park South, and
come to the last building on the left (Building 700).
We’re upstairs on the side of the building opposite
the parking lot. Look for our "heartwood yoga
studio" sign on the door.
